I looooove celebrating Christmas! It’s the most wonderful time of the year indeed. This Christmas in extra special because I celebrated it with all my loved ones. Due to insistent public demand, the best cook in the family cooked for the Christmas eve meal, that’s me- the iron chef, the master chef, the cooking master boy, the Top chef, basta yung best chef, ako yun!
Noche Buena and the gift giving after that has always been a family tradition and this year was no exemption. Big deal talaga ‘to samin kaya I’ve been preparing for this weeks in advance.

Chinese ham with pineapple glaze (requested by papinski)
Pumpkin soup (requested by ate Thess)
Chicken Parmigiana with fries and apple coleslaw on the side (wala lang, naisip ko lang!)
Mango cake (requested by Dedek, my mom and Brian)
California Maki (wala lang, gusto ko lang ng panggulo sa theme)
